The project focuses on developing an AI-based Chatbot designed to provide efficient customer support. The chatbot will use natural language processing (NLP) to understand and respond to customer queries in real-time. It will be capable of handling frequently asked questions, providing product information, and escalating complex issues to human agents when necessary.

Students have the flexibility to choose the technologies and tools for implementation, including Python, Java, or other programming languages, and can select from various AI and NLP libraries. The project emphasizes creating a responsive, user-friendly, and scalable solution that can improve customer service efficiency.
