The aim of the project is to develop a movie recommendation system that recommends films according to the individual preferences of users. Using publicly available datasets such as MovieLens, the system will analyze user ratings and movie characteristics (e.g., genres, keywords) to generate personalized recommendations. The solution will implement different recommendation approaches, such as popularity-based, content-based and collaborative filtering methods, and evaluate their effectiveness. A simple user interface (web or desktop) allows users to view recommendations and interact with the system. The project places emphasis on practical implementation, user experience and performance evaluation using standard metrics.
Important note: The consultation will be in English language.
