The project aims to develop a web-based application that enables users to manage their personal finances more efficiently by recording and analyzing income and expenses. The system will allow users to input transactions, categorize them, and visualize financial data through interactive dashboards such as pie charts (spending by category) and line charts (monthly trends). Additional features will include budget limits, reminders when spending exceeds a threshold, and options to export reports in CSV or PDF formats.
The backend will ensure reliable storage and retrieval of financial records, while the frontend will focus on providing a user-friendly interface for efficient data entry and review. The project emphasizes practical implementation, usability, and measurable performance, with evaluation based on system responsiveness, data accuracy, and user feedback on ease of use.
