This project aims to design and develop a Conference Management System. The system will serve as an all-in-one solution for organizing academic and professional conferences. It will support both onsite and hybrid/virtual events, with workflows tailored for attendees, organizers, speakers, reviewers, and sponsors.

  • Secure user accounts with role-based access (organizers, reviewers, authors, participants, sponsors).

  • Multi-language support.

  • Customizable conference landing page with themes, branding, and content blocks.

  • Multimedia support for images, documents, and sponsor logos.

3. Registration & Attendee Management

  • Online registration forms with customizable fields.

  • Secure payment processing (credit card, PayPal, invoice).

  • Automatic confirmation and reminder emails.

  • Badge generation and onsite check-in features.

4. Abstract & Paper Management
