Problem Statement and Student Tasks
The logistics sector in Central Asia (Kirghizia, Kazakhstan) faces specific barriers not taken into account by global players (Google, Yandex, Wialon). In private residential sectors and giant market hubs, official addresses are often missing or inaccurate. Navigation brings the driver to the general area but not to the specific unloading point. In mountainous terrain and "dead zones" stable communication is frequently unavailable. Standard monitoring systems simply "lose" the vehicle, failing to ensure driver safety in hazardous areas.
Small and medium-sized enterprises are often unable to afford expensive GPS hardware trackers or complex ERP system subscriptions. The system aims to solve the "last meter" problem through visual navigation and ensure safety in mountainous landscapes.
The student task would be development, implementation and documentation of Logistics and Safety Assistance System.
Target Audience: local transport companies and courier services; dispatchers managing transportation.
User Features: to be discussed with the supervisor, but must include: real-time live monitoring, interactive web dashboard, visual anchors, multi-functional Telegram bot, voice status management, route calculation and comparison.
Technologies: Python/Flask (server-side logic and API), PostgreSQL. Mapping: Leaflet.js, OpenStreetMap, OpenRouteService API.
Deployment: local server or cloud hosting.
Feltételek

Good knowledge of Python, Flusk, PostgreSQL. Knowledge of Telegram API, LeafletJS would be a good addition.
